Privacy
Built so a child can practice math without handing over personal information.
Updated: October 13, 2026In short: MateAventura does not ask for a child's real name, email, phone number, photos, or location. There are no third-party ads. Families and homeschool students can play without a class code, and progress stays on the device.
Who is responsible
MateAventura is developed by Netdevelop. Privacy questions go to soporte@mateaventura.mx.
What this covers
This policy covers the MateAventura app for Android and iOS, and this website. It applies to families, homeschool, and schools.
What we may process
- Game progress: selected grade, completed stops, stars, coins, guide, and outfits. At home this stays on the device.
- Nickname: a player name the child chooses. It does not need to be a real name.
- Class code (optional): only if a school turns on classroom mode. The school then sees the nickname and the progress for that class.
- Basic technical data: device type, operating system, and anonymous diagnostics used to fix crashes and keep the app stable.
What we do not ask for
- A child's real name, last name, or birth date.
- A child's email address or phone number.
- Location.
- Photos, contacts, microphone, or camera.
Children
MateAventura is an educational app for elementary grades 1 through 6. A child can use it without creating a personal account and without giving information that identifies them. The app does not show third-party ads or social networks. Content is reviewed by educators with a doctorate in pedagogy.
A parent, guardian, homeschool teacher, or classroom teacher should decide when a child uses the app.
Class code
The class code is optional. Families and homeschool students do not need one. A school requests a code from MateAventura and shares it with students so they can join the classroom, appear on that class leaderboard, and let the school follow progress. In that mode we process the nickname and the progress for the educational purpose of showing the class how students are doing. Without a class code, progress remains on the device.
Why we process information
- To save and show a player's learning progress.
- To run classroom mode and the class leaderboard when a school asks for it.
- To improve content, performance, and stability.
- To answer people who contact support.
Ads and selling data
We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not show third-party advertising in the app. Service providers such as cloud hosting or crash diagnostics may process data only on our behalf and under confidentiality duties.
How long we keep it
Progress stored on the device lasts while the app is installed. Uninstalling the app removes that local data. Information tied to a class code is kept for the educational purpose, or until the school removes the class.
Your requests
Families and schools can ask to access, correct, or delete information tied to a class code, and they can stop using the app at any time. Write to soporte@mateaventura.mx.
Changes
